Called To Serve

I opened my call to serve on March 23, 2019 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Dad, Emma, Samantha, Spencer, and I drove three hours to Charlottesville, Virginia to meet up with Mom and Parker. Parker was spending two weeks at UVA Children’s Hospital. Our whole family quickly drove to the top of a beautiful, tall mountain. I then read what we had all been waiting for: I had been called to serve as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and assigned to labor in the Brasil São Paulo East Mission.
